About
The Cobras is one of the oldest mixed (mostly black) motorcycle clubs left in New York City. The club was created in the borough of Queens, New York in 1972 by the club founder whom we just call 'Batman'. Out of the Cobras most of the other social motorcycle clubs in Queens were born, they being the 'Untouchables', the' Ggolden Eagles', the True Cobras, and the 'Soul Gears.' Along with them came countless other non-club affiliated or lone riders.
Our Mission Statement
The mission of the Cobras MC is to promote harmony, comradory and friendship with other riders rather they are patched up or not and to promote good riding skills and safety to those we come into contact with on the superslab or the concrete streets. We are champions of equality for all riders be they male or female and we don't turn our backs on any riders.
We mind our business and don't get envolved in the politics of others including our good friends and acquaintances that we have known for many years. We don't have or share opinions about other peoples business, we just try to be aware of what's going on.
